I usually price each job individually so you’ll know the full cost upfront, including any materials needed.

Before any work goes ahead, I’ll send you an estimate so there are no surprises — and more often than not, the final cost comes in right around that figure.

If anything extra does come up, I’ll always chat with you about it first and get your go-ahead before making any changes.
